"Wikimedia Foundation, the organization behind Wikipedia, is aware of the
fact the MediaWiki formatting syntax is a major obstacle for people's
participation in writing on the site. To address this problem, the
Foundation is developing VisualEditor—a web-based WYSIWYG interface for
