ipccファイル指定でキャリア情報アップデートできる？

「ipcc」という拡張子のファイルがでキャリア情報アップデート用のファイルらしいです。 以前純正のテザリングを有効にするための「13.1」へのキャリア情報アップデートがなかなかできず 苦労しましたが、香港３用のipccファイルを入手し、それを指定してキャリア情報アップデートすれ ば良かったのかもしれません。 ネットで検索して香港３(Hutchison_hk)用と思われるipccファイルを見つけましたのでリンクを 貼っておきます。iOS6.1がリリースされた現在でも使用可能か試していません。 Hutchison_hk_iPhone.ipcc Loading .ipcc Files onto an iPad or iPhone with iTunes Now that carrier mode is enabled, you can load carrier files onto the iOS device.
