A flashing utility made by HTC to flash the boot loader ( only *.bin files ) using the serial/USB cable for the PPC devices. It connects in the same way as the Hyperterminal on Desktops. Very usefull when your bootloader gets corrupted or when you need to give some direct commands to it.
